According to 9 th clause of 5174 Nu. Act, merchant, registered to Trade Registry, and all individuals and corporote bodies, holding industrialists status according to that Act are bound to be affiliated to the chambers, stated at the same Act sentences.
All individuals and corporate bodies are obliged to be affiliated to chambers after registration and announcement to Trade Registry according to sentences at 6762 Nu. Turkish Trade Act, 5174 Nu. Turkey Chambers and Stock Markets Association Act and relevant regulations.
